As a Remote Paid Social Ads & Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building a strong international consumer brand and expanding our digital presence, supporting our B2B partners with valuable content, and promoting our unique approach to luxury travel to a wider audience.

We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. In this role, you will:

• Develop a paid advertising strategy across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), allocating budgets effectively across target audiences to drive results and create impactful campaigns.
• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns, from audience targeting and campaign launch to ongoing performance optimization.
• Develop and manage lead generation and conversion campaigns, using retargeting and A/B testing to drive qualified traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using key metrics and conversion data to identify trends, evaluate results, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to support the company's broader marketing activities and maintain a consistent brand presence across channels.

Minimum qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media across the Americas and Europe.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Exceptional knowledge of campaign targeting, conversion tracking, retargeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results through paid advertising campaigns.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or another visually driven industry.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Additional language skills.
• Previous experience as a freelancer or self-employed professional.
• A degree, relevant coursework, or professional certification in marketing.

We offer a flexible cooperation model, with compensation tailored to your experience, availability, and the scope of responsibilities. Depending on the arrangement, compensation can be structured as an hourly freelance rate or an agreed monthly retainer.
