Why join us
Connoisseur Travel by Co-Victory GmbH is a boutique luxury travel company specializing in bespoke journeys and meaningful experiences across Austria and Central Europe.
We design tailor-made journeys that go beyond standard sightseeing, combining deeply personalized itineraries with carefully selected experiences, seamless service and exceptional guides. With 100+ individually curated luxury journeys for U.S. travelers in the past, our mission is to create extraordinary experiences that are difficult to discover or arrange independently, while setting a higher standard for thoughtful, personalized travel in the destinations we operate in.
Our vision is to become a leading boutique travel partner in the destinations we operate in. As a Luxury Travel Sales & Partnerships Executive, you will play a key role in growing our international luxury travel business across the Americas by converting qualified leads into bookings, developing valuable B2B partnerships, and building trusted relationships with high-value clients. Working closely with our Vienna team, you will turn sales opportunities into successful outcomes while representing our bespoke European travel experiences with confidence and professionalism.
What you’ll do
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, persuasive, highly independent, relationship-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process from initial contact to closing. In this role, you will:
- Convert qualified consumer leads into bookings by understanding client needs, presenting bespoke European travel experiences, addressing objections, negotiating within agreed parameters, and following up consistently.
- Develop B2B sales and partnerships by identifying and approaching travel advisors, agencies, tour operators, concierge companies, and other potential partners, presenting our services, negotiating within agreed commercial frameworks, and coordinating agreements through to signature.
- Drive outbound sales and prospecting by working with provided lead lists, researching new prospects, initiating cold outreach, and engaging decision-makers by phone, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Manage client communication and consultations by scheduling calls, building rapport with high-value clients and B2B partners, answering questions, and coordinating requested itinerary changes or special requests with the Vienna team.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline by keeping CRM records accurate, documenting conversations and next steps, managing follow-ups, and tracking opportunities through to completion.
- Provide after-hours client coverage during agreed working hours across the Americas by handling incoming calls, responding to initial enquiries, resolving appropriate issues independently, and ensuring clear handovers to the Vienna team.
- Provide first-line support for urgent pre-travel situations involving guests about to travel to Austria or Europe, coordinating with the Vienna team when necessary (when the Vienna team is not available due to the time difference).
- Represent the brand professionally by communicating with warmth, confidence, and credibility while maintaining a premium client experience across all interactions.
What you need for this role
Minimum qualifications
- 2+ years of proven B2C and/or B2B sales experience, ideally in consultative sales of services or high-value products.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value sales, handle objections, negotiate, and follow up consistently without aggressive sales tactics.
- Native or near-native English, with excellent telephone, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and approaching new clients and B2B decision-makers.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to work toward changing sales targets, conversion goals, and revenue priorities.
- Strong CRM discipline, including accurately documenting leads, conversations, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Zoom, and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor, manage priorities reliably, and invoice for agreed services.
- Based in a time zone across the Americas that allows coverage of North American clients during agreed hours when the Vienna office is closed.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, premium services, or another relationship-driven industry.
- Experience developing B2B partnerships, negotiating cooperation agreements, or managing referral and commission arrangements.
- An established network of travel advisors, agencies, concierge companies, or other relevant contacts in the Americas.
- Knowledge of European travel culture and North American clients' expectations when travelling to Europe.
- Additional language skills, particularly Spanish or Russian.
What we offer
- Flexible hours and remote work, you shape your own working day
- An international team that works as equals
- Room to actively shape processes, not just execute them
- Competitive compensation based on experience
We offer a flexible, non-exclusive contractor arrangement, with compensation tailored to your experience, availability, and agreed scope of work. Depending on the arrangement, compensation may include an hourly rate, performance-based commission, or a combination of both.
