We want our recruitment process to be transparent from the beginning. Depending on the position, the exact process may vary slightly, but this is what you can generally expect.

First Interview
Let’s get to know each other.
Selected candidates will be invited to an online interview. This is an opportunity for us to understand your experience and way of working — and equally for you to understand more about Connoisseur Travel, the position and how we work.

Practical Assignment
Show us how you think.
Candidates progressing further may receive a short simulated test project related to the position. The assignment uses a hypothetical, non-client scenario and is intended to help us understand how you approach problems, structure your work and communicate your ideas.

Following the assignment, selected candidates will be invited to another conversation to discuss their approach, feedback, expectations, availability and potential cooperation.
